Advanced Surface Treatment Technology:A proprietary arc zinc fusion process is applied to the epoxy insulationsurface of core units,creating a uniform, dense metallic zinc coating. Thisachieves:1.Full shielding & Grounding Design: Forms an equipotentialgrounding shield layer to equalize electric field distribution andsuppress partial discharge (PD).2.Safe-to-Touch Surface Characteristics: Ensures personnel safetyduring operation.3.Enhanced Surface Protection: Metallurgically bonded zinc-epoxycomposite forms arobust, dense insulation structure.3. Operating Mechanism
Circuit Breaker Mechanism• Five-link mechanism transmission designwith reclosing function.• The planetary deceleration DC permanentmagnet motor has a small volume, stableoperation and an amazing transmissionefficiency of about 3% energy loss.• Components like the main switch's motor,auxiliary switch, release, and limit switchare readily replaceable.• Dual-spring precision transmission designwith reclosing function.• All transmission components are made of high-quality quenched and tempered steeland hardened steel,ensuring a long servicelife.• Core transmission uses needle rollerbearing design, offering strong impactresistance, high load capacity, and lowfriction.Disconnector Mechanism• Isolation mechanism uses a torsion - spring - based quick - acting mechanism, achieving the three positions "Close, Open, Ground"(standard three - position states fordisconnectors) through torsion springforward/reverse rotation.• Rigid bidirectional mechanical limit designat the isolation position ensures precisepositioning of the isolation position(Open/Close states), preventing displacement due to external force.• Rigid mechanical interlocking for five -prevention functions reliably preventsmisoperation.
